• Perform preventive maintenance for HVAC components, including Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, and Ventilation systems.
• Clean system components such as blowers, coils, grills, and filters.
• Inspect motor conditions and belt tensions.
• Conduct testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems to meet performance standards (NEBB).

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC systems.
• Perform emergency repairs as required.
• Respond promptly to client service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Generate and submit monthly reports to clients.
• Analyze and interpret system drawings and performance data for proper configuration.
• Ensure accurate installation and arrangement of HVAC system components.
• Maintain daily work documentation, including work orders and detailed reports on testing and balancing work performed.
• Test and measure airflow volume, static pressure, velocity, uniformity, and leakage as part of system assessments.
• Respond to project team inquiries, including those from project consultants.
• Prepare take-off lists and detailed site reports.
