📠Qualifications & Experience Required:

Degree or certification in Engineering, specializing in Planning

At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Expertise in planning methodologies and techniques

Excellent computer proficiency

Arabic language skills (preferred)
🛠Responsibilities:

Oversee planning activities for daily and shutdown jobs

Manage critical equipment budget allocation

Supervise maintenance programs and resource planning

Organize manpower and equipment for maintenance tasks

Plan and manage major equipment shutdowns and turnarounds
-
Assist in vendor selection and technology integration
-
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
-
Lead investigations and root cause analysis for incidents

Ensure adherence to safety and environmental guidelines

Supervise turnaround activities and contractor work

Evaluate new equipment and generate technical reports

Ensure availability of critical spares and meet job deadlines
