⚙️ Position Details

Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Location: Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in maintenance planning within a refinery or petrochemical plant
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

🔩 Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Create detailed job plans, work orders, and schedules using a CMMS (preferably SAP).

• Monitor work progress and update records to maintain accurate maintenance data.

• Review equipment history and support maintenance strategy improvements.

• Ensure safe and efficient execution of all maintenance tasks.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning, reliability, and documentation.

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with HSE and operational standards.

🧠 Skills & Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of static equipment (pressure vessels, exchangers, tanks, columns, valves, furnaces).

• Familiar with rotating equipment and general plant maintenance practices.

• Proficient in SAP or other CMMS tools.

• Sound knowledge of safety systems and permit-to-work procedures in industrial environments.
