Trade tests, interviews and background checks before shortlisting.
Candidates are interviewed, skills- or trade-tested at accredited centres where relevant, and their documents and references are checked. Only suitable candidates reach your shortlist.

Interview & Documentation
Client interviews, offers, medicals and document attestation.
You interview shortlisted candidates by video or in person at our offices. After selection we manage offer letters, medicals and document attestation.

Visa, Travel & Deployment
Visa, ticketing and on-time deployment, with follow-up after start.
We process visas and clearances, book travel, brief new hires before departure and coordinate arrival — then follow up after they start.
