Scheduler (Lead) – Oil & Gas | Qatar
• Position: Scheduler – Lead
• Location: Qatar
• Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
• Experience Required: 12+ Years
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Job Type: Full-Time
🔧 Key Requirements:
- 12+ years in refinery or petrochemical plants
- Strong background in multi-craft supervision
- Deep knowledge of static equipment: vessels, tanks, exchangers, valves
- Familiar with rotating equipment
- Advanced scheduling experience using Primavera
- Proficient in SAP and CMMS systems
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Strong understanding of plant safety hazards
🛠 Responsibilities Include:
- Develop work packs with resource, tools, and safety planning
- Conduct site visits and coordinate multi-discipline job scopes
- Review and finalize activity sequences and schedules
- Prepare detailed schedules using Primavera (PM & CM work orders)
- Create 14- and 90-day look-ahead plans for contractor works
