Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring that both preventive and corrective procedures are well-documented and comply with safety and operational guidelines.
Secure and manage all necessary permits for maintenance work, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Complete all assigned maintenance tasks within the designated time frames, ensuring SAP work orders are finalized and relevant data is accurately logged.
Address both routine and emergency maintenance tasks, assessing risks and ensuring appropriate tools, equipment, and personnel are available for safe execution.
Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring that stock levels align with operational needs and usage trends.
Report any issues related to spare parts shortages, tool availability, BOM discrepancies, or missing Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) to the appropriate engineering or maintenance teams.
Support project-based maintenance activities and assist with Maintenance of Change (MOC) processes, including the preparation and execution of maintenance orders.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custody metering equipment, performing thorough investigations and corrective actions as necessary.
Provide technical and safety feedback to improve operational efficiency, prioritizing breakdown repairs as required.
Operate in accordance with established policies and procedures, under supervision when necessary.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience working in the Gulf region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, within relevant industrial sectors.
Practical experience with custody metering equipment and maintenance operations.
