Job Opportunity – Executive Manager – Operational Resilience (Onsite – Riyadh)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27001, CBCI)
- 7+ years of experience in Operational Resilience or similar systems (ISMS, QMS, ITSM)
- Project/Program Management certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational resilience strategy, governance, and compliance
- Develop frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with SAMA, Tadawul, ISO, DORA, and other standards
- Manage GRC tools, technical compliance, and third-party risk
- Oversee IT disaster recovery, cloud migration, and data center projects
