Tendering / Bidding Specialist
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or related fields), Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in tender preparation for construction projects.

Familiarity with client portals such as SAP Ariba and Etimad.
Responsibilities:
-
Review and evaluate tender qualification documents to ensure they meet client requirements and bid standards.

Manage communication with bidders, answering questions and providing clarifications on tender specifications.

Keep accurate and updated records of pre-qualified bidders to streamline the bidding process.
Construction Sales Specialist (Fit-out & Decoration)
Qualifications:
-
Proven success as a salesperson in the construction industry, particularly in fit-out and decoration projects.

Solid knowledge of construction, fit-out, and decoration products and market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, fit-out, and decoration sectors.

Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Gather market data, analyze trends, and keep track of competitor pricing.

Develop strong relationships with potential clients, architects, and contractors.
