Are you a highly experienced Procurement professional ready for a strategic role in Qatar? We are urgently seeking a Sr. Procurement Officer to drive sourcing, contract, and supplier management within a dynamic environment.

💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: 24,000 QAR
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Qatar
🏢 Position: Sr. Procurement Officer

🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Strategic Sourcing: Lead demand/supply analysis, prepare sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end tendering, negotiation, and contract finalization. Track and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Supplier Management: Oversee supplier registration, pre-qualification, segmentation, and drive performance improvement programs.
Contracts Management: Administer and monitor contract performance, compliance, and claims to safeguard company interests.
Systems & Support: Utilize SAP and Ariba e-procurement platforms extensively for tendering, POs, and contract management.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards and timely reporting.
🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering is required for MRO & Chemical groups; Business Administration for others).
Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. Experience in operations and production is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
