𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 – 𝗞𝗦𝗔

𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿

We are looking for an experienced 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to join our production team in 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗮.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Surface preparation (shot blasting to 𝗦𝗔 𝟮.𝟱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱)
• Apply powder coating on valves & hydrant components
• Ensure correct DFT, uniform coverage, curing, and finish quality
• Conduct inspections (DFT, adhesion, holiday testing) & rework as required
• Maintain coating equipment, ovens, spray guns, and work safely
• Record daily logs and report to Coating Supervisor

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 3–5 years’ powder coating experience (valves industry preferred)
• Knowledge of 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘀, 𝗧𝗗𝗦, 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀
• Certification in Powder Coating Application (preferred)
• 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗦𝗔
