โ Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve technical support inquiries from end-users

Identify issues and escalate when needed, following set procedures

Configure, install, and maintain computer networks and systems

Maintain accurate support records and documentation

Deliver exceptional service and foster lasting relationships with clients
๐ง What Youโll Need

Basic IT and networking know-how

Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills

Prior experience with hardware and printer servicing (brands like Canon, Kyocera, Xerox, OKI, etc.)

Physically capable of handling equipment (up to 50 lbs)

Must hold a valid driving license
