Key Requirements

• Master’s in HR / Business Administration

• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience (minimum 5 years in leadership)

• Strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws

• Experience with US-based companies (preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication & strategic skills

• Proficiency in HRIS / MS Office (ERP knowledge is a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, talent acquisition & retention

• Oversee performance management & KPIs

• Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws

• Design competitive compensation & benefits packages
