Candidate will always remain courteous, keep a professional manner, learn all the position responsibilities, leverage the Agency mission and seek help whenever necessary!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide consistent, accurate and timely communication to clients (US based) through verbal and written correspondence
  2. Call new and existing insureds for claims, quote and bind personal lines policies and retain accounts to deepen relationships with our client
  3. Customer service or sales experience
  4. Respond to clients’ needs by producing binders, certificates, policies and other related items
  5. Maintain client files in our Agency Management System for processing all transactions
  6. Process daily incoming mail, emails, voice mails and faxes
  7. Follow up to ensure timely responses
  8. Renew policies by agency standards
  9. Maintain client files accurately and consistently documenting conversations
  10. Handle cancellations with care, saving all accounts possible with adherence to E&O guidelines

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree (4 year) is required
  2. Very strong written and verbal English communication skills
  3. Able to work under pressure and time constraints
