Job Description

The role will be expected to perform the following activities: To deputies for the Contact Center Manager in the day to day running of the Center. To ensure all rosters are prepared to provide 24/7 Contact Center Agent Cover and all work orders, tickets and tasks are uploaded and executed in the system. Critically, the Contact Center Supervisor will ensure the complete close out of all calls from receipt to successful completion of the work to the end users absolute satisfaction, taking corrective action to ensure that any service issues are both recorded and reported for further action.
