The Accommodation Lead will be responsible for assisting Accommodation manger with the efficient day to day running of the accommodation and housing within client Community. The key responsibility of the Accommodation Lead will be to assist with ensuring that the implementation, maintenance and compliance of all pre-determined procedures and processes are always in place and adhered to within aspects of the accommodation and housing division. A core measurable of these elements will be the Customer satisfaction, relating to accommodations, of all residents and guests residing or visiting the client community. The coordination between several subdivisions of both client and the service providers is required to ensure standards are upheld, budgets are controlled, and key controls are in place. Problems solving, rectification and continuous teams training and management will be a central part of this role.
